Andy is an ex-Executive Chef and Food & Beverage professional of 17 years. He’s known for opening many hotel restaurants in the Twin Cities including the Intercontinental Hotel MSP Airport and the Rand Tower Hotel in Minneapolis, MN. Born and raised in the Twin Cities, chef Andy Vyskocil has had a passion for food his entire life. From cooking in his Polish grandmother’s kitchen as a boy, and throughout his career in great local and regional restaurants, Andy has been developing his palate and skills and sharing his knowledge and food with friends, new and old. To Andy, food and wine bring friends and family together. Andy has a huge passion and respect for quality wines and wine growers. He loves creative, unconventional pairings of wine with food. Andy prides himself on service and relationship building.
